Breathe Easy is a two hour session led by Ed Wilkinson-Moss, focusing on simple breathing techniques, gentle movements and guided mindfulness to help you slow down, relax and reconnect with your mind and body.

You’ll learn breathing techniques and how slower, deeper breaths can help settle the nervous system, reduce stress and support better sleep. The session includes quiet time with soft music and practical techniques you can take home and practice for five to ten minutes a day to help you feel calmer through the day.

No experience of breathing practice, yoga or meditation is needed, and everything is optional. All the practices are gentle, done seated or lying down. This is an opportunity to enjoy some peaceful time in good company while learning simple ways to support your wellbeing.

Please bring your own blanket if you can, and your own yoga mat if you have one — we’ll have a small number of spares. We recommend loose, warm clothing you can breathe in comfortably.
