‘By the Light of the Moon’

Inspired by the incredible world of moths, nature’s hard-working night-time pollinators, ‘By the Light of the Moon’ featured live performances, fire performers, puppet theatre, marshmallow toasting and illuminated art installations created by local community groups.

‘By the Light of the Moon’ was a collaboration between Full Stilt, a collective of local artist-performers who are passionate about the art of stilt-walking, and Eye of Newt Theatre Arts, who create magical, interactive outdoor theatre performances. The event featured as part of Illuminate Oldham, Oldham’s annual light night festival.
