Thursday 14th August, 5:30pm – 7:30pm
Join chef Ngwafu Tansie, founder of Gwafuvegan, for a very special farm to fork feast at Northern Roots!
The word for ‘feast’ in Cameroon varies, but ‘ndoh sasua’ is commonly used to refer to a large, celebratory meal. Inspired by her Cameroonian roots and the rich cuisine of West Africa, Ngwafu will create a delicious vegan ‘ndoh sasua’ celebrating produce grown on our Urban Farm.

‘’The food was amazing, I’d give it a 5/5! Piping hot and full of flavour, [we] were able to explore cuisine which many of us had not had the opportunity to try previously.
Well priced? Yes, absolutely! Very reasonable and great portions. Service with a few jokes thrown in to make us smile was also very appreciated. I would recommend GwafuVegan to anyone, especially the puff puff!’’ Karan
