Lisa Mills

‘’Every day I finish work and I’ve got a huge smile on my face. I see how uplifted people feel after coming to the Natural Health Service at Northern Roots, and that gives me a lot of job satisfaction.’’ Lisa, Natural Health Service Assistant

With over 25 years of supporting families, teaching and training in Oldham, Lisa now brings her expertise to the Natural Health Service.

Creating spaces for people to slow down, connect with nature and ‘just be’ is where Lisa thrives. Come rain or shine, Lisa’s sessions are designed to support emotional and physical wellbeing while embracing the natural environment of Northern Roots.

Lisa enjoys eating the veg she grows at her allotment, which is her ‘zen’ space.
